YOU&I Counselling is a counselling practice currently welcoming new clients, with session availability becoming limited. The service is delivered primarily through telehealth, providing clients with flexible and accessible counselling support from the comfort of their own environment.
This service represents the heart of counselling that is two people working together in a safe, supportive space to create understanding, growth, and meaningful change. The focus is on creating a safe, respectful and supportive environment where you can speak openly, better understand yourself, explore challenges, and work towards meaningful personal goals. Counselling is approached collaboratively, with support tailored to your individual needs, experiences and circumstances.

Proudly based in South Australia, providing counselling support to young people and adults. We offer a welcoming and non-judgemental space where you can explore challenges, better understand yourself and work towards meaningful personal goals. Online counselling will also be available, allowing us to support clients beyond our local community.
NDIS Funding Applies
YOU&I Counselling welcomes NDIS participants seeking counselling support. We provide a person-centred approach focused on emotional wellbeing, personal development, confidence, relationships and building strategies to support everyday life. NDIS funding may be available for eligible participants where counselling is appropriate to their support needs and included within their plan.
